Flat cartons are often placed manually within the robot’s working area, leading to inconsistent positioning and interruptions.
The casemagiQ Case Stacker provides a structured pickup area where cartons are neatly stacked and consistently presented for robotic handling. Combined with casemagiQ CM50 or CM100, it enables reliable carton pickup and smooth transfer into the case erection process.
As part of the casemagiQ system, the Case Stacker completes the upstream flow, ensuring cartons are consistently presented from pickup through to sealing.
casemagiQ Station is a passive mechanical device and does not require integration with robot controllers or software. It can be deployed within robotic case erection cells without additional control interfaces.
The station includes mounting provisions for installing an Impaqt Robotics Qik-mount pedestal. Using interchangeable robot mounting plates, the pedestal supports installation of robots from a wide range of manufacturers, enabling flexible system design across different robot platforms.
