vaQgrip Click is a modular vacuum gripper system for case packing, pick and place, and robotic material handling. It replaces custom-built vacuum EOAT with a standardized platform that simplifies installation, reconfiguration, and upgrades through a clean, tool-free design.

vaQgrip Click supports evolving automation environments where product formats, carton sizes, and gripping requirements change over time. Components can be added, repositioned, or replaced without rebuilding the entire end-of-arm tool.
Standardized mechanical interfaces and scalable frame sizes allow the same vacuum gripper platform to be adapted across multiple applications. This reduces redesign cycles, lowers engineering effort, and simplifies upgrades as production demands grow.
From initial deployment to future layout changes, vaQgrip Click enables long-term flexibility without increasing system complexity.
vaQgrip Click comes with a URCap for Universal Robots and a dedicated plugin for FANUC CRX, enabling plug and play integration across Universal Robots and FANUC CRX collaborative robot models. This ensures seamless robot compatibility for the modular vacuum gripper system.
vaQgrip Click comes with the industry standard Modbus RTU (RS-485). We chose one of the most fundamental communication protocols. This again is an intentional product design call that enables vaQgrip Click to be used with robots, cobots, gantries, or custom-designed machines.
One can use globally available standard converters from RS-485 to other communication protocols such as TCP/IP, IO-Link, and so on to control the vacuum tools.
