The VQ10 allows you to unlock the full potential of your robot’s payload capacity. With minimal self-weight and a 10 kg lifting capability, more of the robot’s rated load is dedicated to the product, not the tooling.
The integrated horizontal offset expands pallet coverage without additional mechanical extensions, reducing system complexity while improving stacking efficiency. The result is higher throughput, cleaner integration, and better overall palletizing performance.
vaQgrip VQ10 integrates seamlessly with Universal Robots and FANUC CRX collaborative robot models, enabling plug and play deployment across leading cobot platforms. This ensures reliable robot compatibility for palletizing and material handling applications.
vaQgrip VQ10 supports the industry standard Modbus RTU (RS-485). We chose one of the most fundamental communication protocols to ensure flexibility across robots, cobots, gantries, and custom-designed machines.
Globally available standard converters from RS-485 can be used to interface with other communication protocols such as TCP/IP, IO-Link, and so on, enabling full control of the vacuum system through the preferred robot or PLC environment.
