The VQ20 extends the performance of the vaQgrip series to higher payload applications, supporting 20 kg with a gripper weight of only 1.2 kg. Its dual-channel vacuum system ensures secure handling in demanding palletizing and multi-carton picking environments.

Built for high-volume, repeatable operations, VQ20 combines an impressive weight-to-payload ratio with stable vacuum performance, enabling higher throughput where reliability and cycle consistency are critical.

Robot compatibility

vaQgrip VQ20 integrates seamlessly with Universal Robots and FANUC CRX collaborative robot models, enabling plug and play deployment across leading cobot platforms. This ensures reliable robot compatibility for palletizing and material handling applications.

vaQgrip VQ20 supports the industry standard Modbus RTU (RS-485). We chose one of the most fundamental communication protocols to ensure flexibility across robots, cobots, gantries, and custom-designed machines.

Globally available standard converters from RS-485 can be used to interface with other communication protocols such as TCP/IP, IO-Link, and so on, enabling full control of the vacuum system through the preferred robot or PLC environment.
