Start with the pedestal size for your cobot, then add the height, angle, and mounting plate the application requires.
Qik-mount linear extenders are available in 100, 200, and 300 mm lengths and can be stacked to increase working height. Angular extenders in 15°, 30°, and 45° versions allow the cobot mounting axis to be repositioned when the application requires a different reach or orientation.
Complete the setup with the mounting plate for your cobot. Instead of fabricating a different mounting structure for every project, Qik-mount lets you configure the foundation from a defined set of components.
A conventional pedestal gives the cobot somewhere to stand. Qik-mount is designed around the installation that has to happen around it as well.
The hollow internal core provides space for routing controller cables, sensor wiring, and hoses through the pedestal. Pre-fitted 8 mm pneumatic lines carry compressed air internally from the base toward the robot, while defined access points provide clean entry and exit for cables and tubing.
Mounting provision on all four faces can also be used for controllers, teach pendant holders, vision equipment, pneumatic components, and other workcell accessories, helping turn the pedestal into an integrated part of the workcell.
